The image I am using is Windows 7 x86 with mostĬommon programs installed (Firefox, Microsoft Office 2010, Adobe CS5 and other common software, the computers are going into a multimedia and computing studies lab in a secondary school), and it has been successfully deployed on our other computers which areĭell OptiPlex 755, 760 and 780's. The deployment fails at a different percentage each time, and has actually completed successfully once, only to fail on the next computer along. When PXE booting into MDT WinPE to apply the image, the image is transferred to the target computer using multicast,īut the deployment fails when trying to expand the image.
